The hotel is perfectly located, with a really good snorkeling spot nearby. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, but can be a little close to the nightly action. The service was exceptional, especially Mary who went above and beyond. The dining experience was mixed, with a good variety but some issues with cleanliness and wait times. The hotel boasts an amazing location and great quality, but there were ongoing improvements in various areas.
Staying at this hotel was a mix of great experiences and some shortcomings. The rooms, though not all directly facing the sea, are cozy and well-kept, and I had the pleasure of enjoying an amazing sea view room. The staff is outstanding in terms of friendliness and cleanliness, but could work a bit more on being sea view directly. The overall stay was worth it, especially considering the beautiful sea view room I had.
